Anatomy & Awareness Classes

This class is designed specifically for kids ages 4-12. I believe that if we were taught when we were little that we would be able to maintenance our bodies through out our lives.  Insuring healthy bones, joints and muscles, even to the extent of not developing arthritis in later life.  This is 10 week online class.
